I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room, despite feeling a bit old, was spacious and had a large balcony, which was definitely worth the small additional cost. The staff at the French bistro were exceptional. The hotel's location was perfect, close to the beach and many dining options. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious dishes. Overall, a great value for the money!

My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The rooms were beautiful and a good deal for the price we paid in Patong, but having a balcony on the street meant dealing with noise from cars, especially the loud tuk-tuks. The hotel was very clean with all the necessary facilities, although there was a slight smell of mold in the air.

The room, though not very large, was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to assist us in arranging day tours, taxis, and more. The location was superb, just steps away from Patong Beach. The dining experience was delightful, offering a fantastic buffet with a wide selection of dishes. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

The hotel is conveniently located just steps away from the beach and close to various shops. The staff is warm and welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere. However, some of the rooms need improvement in terms of standards. The free daily replacement of air conditioning units with beverages was a nice touch.

Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience! The rooms were luxurious and came with a complimentary mini-bar offering 2 cans of beer, 2 cans of soda, and a little Oreo snack – such a nice touch. The hotel provided wicker bags to carry towels to the beach or pool, and the pool view from our room was fantastic. However, the noise from neighboring guests was quite disruptive at times.
